Older people are especially vulnerable during and after humanitarian crises, due to their physical frailty and lack of mobility. During aid distribution, they often are neglect.

HCMS wish to focus on rehabilitating elders in the wake of disasters. HCMS want to work upon improving their health by facilitating them in provision of medical facilities. HCMS has a vision towards community-based services, livelihood support, and training. In addition, the organization also wants to support welfare programmes for old people.
